If bought to our store we charge a £10-00 inspection fee which if repaired the inspection fee comes of the cost of repair
If your not local to our store we can offer a UK Mainland collection by Parcelforce from your home and the machine will be transported to our workshop for examination and repair
We repair all brands of vacuum cleaner domestic and commercial
The cost for the collection and inspection in the UK only is £25-00 and if repaired the £10-00 inspection fee is taken of the cost of the repair and the machine returned carriage free if repaired
If your machine is not repaired we can either dispose of your machine free of any charge or return to you for the carriage cost of £10-00

When sending your machine by our collection service
Please make sure your machine is packed well and in a box
The carrier will call to collect at an arranged time and will label the parcel for you

When your machine is repaired we will send your machine back carriage free so this is a good time to purchase any bags filters or accessories so they can be packed with the vacuum cleaner
